Summer has arrived which means busy season is here! Festivals have started, outdoor street teams are everywhere, liquor promotions have picked up and we even have a few trade shows coming up. Here is a look at trade shows coming to Chicago in July.

Pink Avenue Models Published! Get Your Copy Now!

We were so excited when we saw a picture of our promotional models in the May 2011 issue of Event Marketer Magazine! The models were captured interacting with attendees at Fiesta Del Sol in Chicago last Summer. Our client won a silver award for the "Best Multicultural Event Campaign." These events took place at Hispanic festivals all over the country. Congratulations to our client and thank you to all of the models that made the campaign a success. We can't wait for the next campaign!

Forex Network New York 2011!

Pink Avenue Models is teaming up with one of our favorite clients for another New York event. We just began the casting process yesterday and have had tons of responses. The models will be working at Forex Network new York 2011. The promotional models will interact with attendees, educate them, and make sure everyone is having a great time. We look forward to booking these events every year. Can't wait to see who the client selects, good luck girls!

Pink Avenue Models Update!

It seems like it's been a while since we've had a Pink Avenue Models update so here it is! We had a busy Winter, busier Spring and looking forward to the busiest Summer yet. Thanks to all of our promotional models that worked,we couldn't do it without you. Here's a few of our favorite events we've had the past couple of months.

• Porter Airlines street team event. We hired a team of 4 models to get the city of Chicago interested in flying to Toronto.


• NRA Show in Chicago. Pink Avenue Models staffed models for multiple booths at this show.


• Navy Pier event. We had models in flapper costumes sampling at a VIP event.


• NAMA. The models greeted attendees and gave them pins before they entered the trade show.


• Off Broadway Shoes street team. The models were hired to promote the grand opening of a new shoe store in Gurnee Mills.


• ABS. Some of our models were hired to have products demonstrated on their hair. The girls had a blast!


• Product launch in Addison. The models were hired to educate consumers on a new product, this product has now been seen everywhere.


• ProMat 2011. The girls did their best work and attracted attendees to the booth and educated them on the brand.


• AudiologyNow! Our models dressed up in gowns and played their best Vanna White.


• MidWinter Meeting. Our best blonde duo helped educate consumers on the brand and attract attention to the booth.

Pink Avenue Models staffs trade shows, corporate events, street teams, and everything in between all over the country. We love being busy and keeping our promotional models busy. Looking forward to an amazing Summer full of events!

Promotional Models Shop Now - White Dresses

Pink Avenue Models is located in Chicago and we have had a long, cold, and snowy Winter. The weather is finally warming up and Summer is right around the corner. Promotional Models, Stay Organized...

The biggest tip I can give to promotional models in this industry is to stay organized! Models work with multiple modeling agencies, numerous clients, various locations and tons of brands. I recommend writing everything down and keeping track of every event that you work. This will help you with making it on time, knowing where you are going, what you should wear and how much you are getting paid. If you stay organized you will have no excuses and should make it to all of your events prepared.

Also, if a client sends you training info make sure that you review it, it is sent to you for a reason. Models should always know anything they can about the product they are promoting. We sometimes have a reputation of being "dumb models' so if you can prove people wrong, that's amazing!

This industry is fun and exciting, enjoy it but remember to remain professional.

Unique Photo Shoot Opportunity!

The team at Pink Avenue Models started casting models in the Chicago area for an upcoming photo shoot. This photo shoot will take place at the end of the month and will be used for promotional materials for our client. As always, we have to keep things pretty secretive until we have everything put together. We have had a ton of responses from our models and we are excited to see who the client picks.
