Do consume:
- Fresh, dried or frozen fruit
- Unsweetened natural juice
- Vegetables
- Rice, especially brown rice
- Oats
- Whole grains
- Beans
- Nuts/seeds
- Rice milk, almond milk, coconut milk
- Herbal teas, green tea
- Organic turkey and chicken
- Salmon, lamb
Don't consume:
- Cheese
- Cottage cheese, sour cream
- Yogurt
- Butter
- Ice cream
- Pasta/bread
- Refined sugar, brown sugar, white sugar
- high fructose corn syrup
- Gluten
- Soy
- Coffee, soda
- Beef, pork, veal, sausage, shellfish
- Alcohol
