- Drink a lot. This means water, or tea not soda, energy drinks, or sugar filled juices.
- Make sure you are eating between 1400-1600 calories a day. Anything less than 1200 is bad for your body.
- Do not skip breakfast. Have something quick and healthy, oatmeal, apple and peanut butter, greek yogurt.
- Fill your plate with lean proteins like chicken, fish, whole grain and veggies.
- Carry healthy snacks with you, nuts or fruits are a perfect snack.
- Cut out refined sugars, white flour, rice, high fat meats, dairy and soda.
- Remember to exercise!
- Don't cut gluten out of your diet, unless you have an allergy of course.
