Heels hurt our feet but I don't know if promotional models know how bad heels are for them. Most trade shows and promotions require wearing heels, street teams and some other events allow flats. I remember wearing 5 inch heels while working trade shows because that was all that I had, now I look for the smallest heel I can find and dread wearing them.
