NACS - 4 Days Away!

Finally NACS is right around the corner, we've been working with clients since June. Here are a couple reminders for all of the promotional models working.

1. Arrive on time! On time means 15 minutes early. The clients want you to be dressed and ready to go. The first day most models are required to arrive a little early to get into uniform and gain product knowledge.


2. Make sure you leave with enough time to find parking. Parking at the convention center is $19 a day and most clients are not reimbursing. I recommend public transportation or street parking.


3. Make sure you have all of your paperwork turned in before the event, this helps you get your check on time and it's a commitment between you and the modeling agency that hired you.


4. Know your schedule. I know a lot of our models are working the trade show during the day and have after parties at night.


5. Come well rested and make sure you are energized and ready to talk to everyone and smile all day long. The show hours are only about 6 hours, make sure you can handle it.


6. Know your onsite contacts information. You will have to call them when you arrive so they can get you into the show.


7. Bring flats, you will want comfortable shoes after standing all day long.


8. Do not ask if you can bring product home, if it is offered you can definitely accept.


9. Remember you are there to assist the client, they are your boss for this show.

This is a fun show and the models love working it. We have numerous clients for NACS and are looking forward to a successful show. Just a couple days away!
